Every person having a dream in his life to build a home in his own..With his hard earning money earned his life time and having a loan he builds his dream home and expecting 100 yrs of his construction without any damages and repairs.But unfortunately the house construction structure will have cracks in pillars,beams and slab/roof which causes leakages and causes damages to the buildings which gives tentions to the owner of the house.To do repairs to the house lot of expenditure need and lot of wasting of time and building materials causes unnecessary tentions.The main cause cause of this citation is depending on the quality of building materials and construction method.every person thinks that he utiles good quality material but why cracks and leakages occurred .The answer is ,eventhough good construction material used,prevention steps not taken to prevent corrosion to the steel in concrete.The main strength for building is pillars,beams and slab/roof.If they are strong the structure will have long life without leakages,cracks and damages.For pillars and other concrete strength is mainly depending on steel.Eventhough we used good quality steel,many times corrosion takes place inside the concrete and causes cracks and leakages and damage to structure..

 

To prevent corrosion to the steel in concrete ,Govt of India lab invented a technology and we are manufacturing  a corrosion admixture by name conlife/concare plus which resists corrosion to the steel in concrete and enhancing the bonding between steel and concrete i.e enhances the life of structure for more than 25 years with nominal cost. The product tested and certifiedby APERL(Irrigation Department)and being used since 10 years for State Govt departmental constructions..Now we  entered into private market and it will prevent all corrosion problems to the steel/TMTbars in RCC and enhances the life of structure by arresting leakages and cracka with nominal cost.Its nothing but vaccination to the building..
